• Each individual may hold only one active kaya9 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or otherwise prohibited from participating in online gaming activities under applicable regulations.

kaya9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

kaya9 supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure convenient and fast transactions for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following methods are currently supported:

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players during live casino or table games.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, kaya9 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the kaya9 platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

• kaya9 provides the platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that results in an incorrect display of odds, winnings, or account balances, kaya9 reserves the right to declare such rounds void and to recover any amounts incorrectly credited to player accounts.

Where kaya9 is found liable to a player for any claim arising from these Terms, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
